This year a record number of over 200 entries were submitted and the winners were determined by a panel of 20 judges comprised of leading analysts, industry experts and Capacity Media’s senior editorial team. The winners were announced at the 11th Global Carrier Awards 2016 on Tuesday, November 8 in Paris, France.
